any chance you could share the source for this? I've been looking for a format to remake 7gen in, and this looks like a good start.

I extracted Patrick with this, but when I went to view one of the BMDL's (From the .3cn), It crashed. It works when extracted with 7gen though.

Okay, I'm investigating this pronto.

Edit: I did a quick extraction and looked inside using pencil++ and chunk explorer but wasn't able to reproduce the problem. Can you post a zip of what your actor extractor created?

When I click the nickelodeon expansion the actors/props aren't there!
EDIT: Nevermind! :P

When I click extract, I try to find the actor but I can't find it!

After you choose where to extract, a new folder will be created there with the name you gave for 'ShortName'.

The folder is structured like so:

<shortname> (the folder itself)
|- MakeVXP.exe
|- <shortname>.3cn
|- <shortname>.3th
|- <shortname>.cfg

You'll need 3DMM Pencil to edit the 3cn and 3th files. The CFG files are created before hand, but can be edited with a text editor (Like Notepad).

I Found out that the actor have to have a name and short name with 8 letters!

can i get help with editing the doraemon characters i want a tileset of the textures because with 3dmm pencil its hard to
