2008 Presidential Election Poll (Super Tuesday Edition)

Giuliani dropped out after Florida and is reportedly going to endorse McCain.
Edwards dropped out too, and reportedly no one cares.

Now that the field has narrowed, who do you like out of the remaining candidates?

I have only included people still in the race that have a legitimate shot at the nomination. So that means no Ron Paul or Kucinich.

It's really surprising to see that Barack is going to get the Dem's nomination. That is a very quick rise, and over such a figure! Hillary only has Bill Clinton endorsing her; I don't see how she'll come out on top.

The three remaining republican candidates are probably the three I was most likely to vote for. Although I don't agree with him on many things, McCain has the best chance of winning because of his public relations. Mighty interesting stuff coming up

It'll be Hillary vs McCain, I would be more than shocked if it wasn't. As for who's gonna win that...who the hell knows.

If Obama wins someone will assassinate him, no doubt.

Obama. And stfu Whitey I liked Edwards.

McCain is the only Republican candidate I have some respect for. Not enough to vote for him, but his competition makes him look positively saintly. Romney has no principles whatsoever and Huckabee scares the shit out of me.

I wouldn't have guessed you were that liberal, Phil Williamson. I'm not sure why.

I dunno, I have a couple conservative points. I'm against nationalized health care, affirmative action, and amnesty for Andres and friends, and think "civil unions" (with the exact same benefits as marriage) are preferable to gay marriage. Other than that, yeah, pretty much.

HOW COULD YOU BE AGAINST NATIONALIZED HEALTH CARE? ...but caps aside. I am really interested to hear why anyone is against it. I just can't understand how that's possible.

I just think things should stay private when it's reasonably possible. Nationalized health care usually isn't that great (see Britain). I honestly don't have a solution for the problem of people without health insurance, but I think the solution needs to be helping them to get private health care somehow, not a nationalized system.

I was on my parents insurance plan and got dropped the instant I graduated, which, conveniently, was when I developed an extremely painful corneal disorder in my right eye that will require two months and several uninsured visits to an opthamologist to clear up. I dunno, I'm pretty solidly sold on universal health care.

Hahah, he seems like the type of guy who'd get assassinated, nevermind that fact he's not white. He can't have any white people in his cabinet.

I dunno, but when I was in England it seemed like everyone on TV and everything was bitching about NHS, and how all the people who could possibly afford it would use private hospitals because the gap was so great.
