Adding images from outside 3dmm

I want to make actors be able to hold images and sprites from outside 3dmm like in Flight 93 where the people had weapons, but I'm clueless on how to do so.

I downloaded all the expansions and such from the list posted in the mods forum, but I have no idea how to work 7gen, or v3dmm or whatever it was called.

Can anybody help me out here?

-You will need to have installed both v3dmm and 7gen(with python and pygame)? You will need those 2 to be able to do what you want.
-Download the dark ages battle pack for example, you just need v3dmm to use.
-Extract the file in the .zip to somewhere
-Double click on the expansion located where you extracted it to and it will open in v3dmm and install it to v3dmm.
-Click on 'Launch 3dmm'.
-And you now have the battle pack weapons avaliable in 3dmm.
-Repeat the process for any other expansions.

If this does not work, please let me know.

Thank you, it worked. But I had also downloaded expansions like the nick 3dmm, and that gave he props, but now after downloading the expansion they're gone. How do I keep everything?

Also, can anyone answer how I can edit characters in 7gen? Cause I don't get any of it

edit: figured it out how to fix the expansion problem. But I still don't know how to edit characters

You can use Nickelodeon and Doraemon and Frankie's Expansion with V3DMM by selecting them from the expansion list in V3DMM.
