You have basically 2 options. Make the scenery in a 3d modeling program so it can all be rotated, or build the scenery over again for every new shot.

No. I mean making scenes with 7gen that have various camera angles, like the movie An Important Film.

It really isn't worth trying, just make them all as seperate scenes. Otherwise it requires far to much pencil++ tinkering.

Open 7gen. click Background2vxp. Make a unique expansion name. Set the picture you want as the background. set the picture you want as the preview image (Don't worry about the depth map). Generate an ID. Click create VXP. Install it. Done.

Oh the time it would save me if I learned to use Maya instead of doing it the old-fashioned way...

Yes dude I know that, but I mean creating those scenes and that those scenes have various camera angles.

As I said, It really isn't worth trying. Just make any camera angle that you want as a seperate scene.
