Unable to render pixels.

I tried converting some 256-colour bitmaps I made into textures for v3dmm. Now whenever I load the v3dmm manager after having installed one of them it gives me this error:

FXJPGIcon::render: unable to render pixels

EDIT: After letting v3dmm crash and then restart it, I seem to be allowed to activate the expansions just fine. Odd.

If anyone else has this problem, just flush all of the caches, it also helps to be in a mode other than Thumbnail Mode.
