I've come back to this shithole community and so, I made a movie to welcome myself back. It's called Color. The movie is in black and white (except for character and blood). I dont want to spoil the movie for you, so download it. I will upload it to 3dmm.co.uk when I get the chance. Post your comments afterwards!

I know there was already a topic for this movie, but it was deleted so ....

Btw, for any of you who are idiots, I'm not a newbie. I've been making movies for over three years. AND my Bongo Adventures Series has made the TOP TEN at 3dmm.co.uk. So just to clear up the stupidity of some, I am NOT a newbie.

I'll try this again. Very nice tone established. The use of music, scenery, and lighting were very impressive.

It was cool movie, although to short. Great effects though with the character and the shadowing. I give it about a 7.5/10. For the visually stunning fx.

I dont make full lengths. I make short movies and usually dont carry a long plot. However, the movie does have meaning and a point. I'm hoping you understood it.

The movie was great, I really loved the shadow that the window casted.

That was probably the best looking scenery I've seen, it created a very good atmosphere!

Alright, but you usually dont see newbies making the top ten. I said ive been here long, so im not a newbie.

Oh, btw, the music was actually timed accordingly for movie. I have shitty ass XP so if you have 9x os, it may be different and wont play how i wanted it to.

Like all of your movies Tom, this is a pretty damn good movie. Great detailed scenery and shadow effects and the music fitted well with the whole story. I'd give it a 9/10

Its also nice to see you posting again, hopefully we'll see some more Bongo episodes coming out in the near future.

You're one of my top favourite directors.

I already have a #28 made in the series, and I'm currently working on 29. When I have both, I'll submit them.

If you were directing that to Tom then you're pretty stupid.

Tom has been releasing kick ass movies for years now and has even posted in the old BB a few times. He isn't a newbie.

Awesome, original movie with probably the best music ever.

One question:

What was that green thing?

James Burgon

Somehow I found that movie extremely funny.... especially after watching The Bongo Adventures. But it was good, great shadows and excellent scenery. Sort of predictable, but I liked it. - 8/10

Scenery was great, good shadowing, Plot was easy.
I like the idea of 4 colors.

8/10.

I just finished watching Color, and I must say that the movie was well done... kinda reminded me of DHIADW but probably just because it was in black and white.
7.7/10

Very original, very entertaining. The music fit perfectly well with the movie. Although very short, one of the better 3dmm dramas out there.

Tom Kearns makes the best scenery, I think. He's one of my favorite directors.

Looking forward to the new Bongo episodes.

Oh yeah, awsome movie:

There really wasn't much of a story...

of course I meant the scenery. Don't think anyone's made a black and white 3dmm movie before, that I've seen anyway.

nice scenery, but a pretty movie will not make it now-adays

8/10, because the scenery was nice, but it was too short, and needed a plot

Um when i first heard of it, i expected it to be somewhat like "atermath", but was i wrong.....
OMG, the scenary was great, and The shadows were just awsome. I mean It was great, the story was a little weak, i actually had no clue what whas going on, intell he dropped papers saying "Fired", "Divorced". Then i expected the ending, it wasnt Suprizing, becaseu i new it was going to happened. And i like how he used bongo, as the main character, some people use the same excat ACTORS, for the main part. I like how he uses Bongo.
But anyway, awsome movie, and GREAT EFFECTS. It isnt called "good", no no, thats called "talent"
overall 8/10

Tom, I've gotta say that your scenery is still the best shit I've ever seen. The use of the Requiem for a Dream music was also a plus. Glad you're back making movies.

Bongo series is like one of my favorite series (not just 3DMM, but even on TV). Obviously, plenty of TV shows beat it, but still...for 3DMM, DAMN, it's good. Tom, glad you joined the boards. I e-mailed you a long, long time ago(in this galaxy, unfortunately) for that one movie that you said you would give if we e-mailed fanmail. And 'twas what i did, and i got that movie (it was called somethin like "farewell", i sorta forgot.)

DHIADW = Dead heart In A Dead World, from Andres De La Hoz

a very breathtaking film with handmade characters. I's in Black & White, and you can tell that Andres probably did Storyboards for the film, because it's quite professional.

This is the greatest scenery EVER. The ending doesn't really fit.

And only a n00b would call Tom a newbie.
